Making Motorcycle and Car parts using a CNC

Most motorcycle and car parts are made from plastics and aluminum. Both materials are soft enough to be processed with a CNC router like the Rabbit Mill v3.0.

On the following video you can see the Rabbit Mill v3.0 cutting a clutch cover flange for a Honda CR 250R 2T, Year 2002 . The flange material is 1050 aluminum and the hole process was done with a single-flute 3mm carbide endmill turning at 15.000 RPM.
